Bultaco is selling motorcycles again — and this time they run on gas. After the mid-2010s electric revival stalled on the Brinco pedal-assist experiment, the Spanish name is back on a small adventure bike: the Rally GT 300, developed with fellow Spanish brand Leonart, built in China, and listed at **€3,999** for the Spanish launch.

MCN is blunt about the hardware: strip the Bultaco plastics and you are looking at the Leonart Rally 300 platform, with a liquid-cooled **292 cc** DOHC four-valve single (Leonart’s CF300 language) and claimed **28 hp** at 9,500 rpm and **25 Nm** (18.44 lb-ft). Six-speed gearbox, oil-bath multiplate clutch, Bosch EFI. That is A2-minimum territory in the UK if and when a UK price lands — MCN still marks UK availability TBD.

What you actually get for €3,999

Bultaco and the specialist press pitch a daily trail bike: agile in town, stable on pavement, and light enough for dirt tracks rather than hard enduro. Wheel sizes are **19-inch front / 17-inch rear** (90/90-19 and 130/80-17). Chassis is a perimeter frame with inverted fork and monoshock; discs and ABS front and rear. Claimed kerb weight is **150 kg (331 lb)**. Seat height **883 mm (34.8 in)**, ground clearance **260 mm**, wheelbase **1,410 mm**, fuel **16 L (4.2 gal)**.

Equipment is the surprise at this price: full LED lighting with integrated front indicators, a **5-inch TFT** (speed, rpm, gear, fuel), USB socket, luggage rack, engine bars, folding gear-lever tip, tire-pressure monitor, and a built-in dashcam that records in five-minute loops. ADV Pulse and MCN both call out that camera as a distinctive feature versus bare-bones budget trail bikes.

Honest framing: name revival, shared platform

MCN notes the claimed engine numbers match CFMoto’s KLX300-derived 300-class singles, and that Chinese manufacturing under a European badge is now a familiar path (Benelli, Mondial, and others). Powersports Business and ADV Pulse both stress there is **no U.S. availability announced** — Spain first, Europe maybe next, America unknown. Spanish outlets and motorcycles.news point to first deliveries in **September 2026**, with reservations via Leonart / bultaco.pro channels.

Who should care

Euro riders shopping a first ADV under €4,000 get a historic badge on a known small-bore platform with TFT, ABS, and a dashcam. U.S. dual-sport shoppers should treat this as brand-watch news until an importer and DOT path exist — do not plan a deposit on rumor. Closest paper rival MCN names is the Rieju Aventura 307 Rally (claimed 34 hp, higher UK money when sold there).
