If you race or practice on a Triumph TF450, park it until you know your VIN status. On September 10, 2026, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission published recall 26-763: about 1,560 2025 and 2026 Triumph TF450 closed-course competition motorcycles in the United States - plus about 171 sold in Canada - because the engine rocker arm can seize or stick and the exhaust valves can remain open or break. On a four-stroke single that can mean sudden power loss mid-corner or mid-jump. CPSC’s remedy language is stop using the bike immediately, not wait for a mailed letter. Triumph reported 12 rocker or exhaust-valve incidents and one injury involving a broken bone.
