2027 Beta RR Race 4-Strokes: Launch Control, Quickshifter, Flat US Pricing

Beta’s 2027 RR Race four-stroke enduro lineup - 350, 390, 430, and 480 - is an electronics-and-reliability cycle, not a clean-sheet chassis. Ultimate Motorcycling’s September 4 first look lists flat U.S. model-year pricing and a November dealer window; Enduro21’s September 2 overview frames the same package arriving at dealers worldwide from October.

RR Race sits above Beta’s trail-leaning X-Pro as the factory race-kit enduro trim: KYB closed-cartridge forks, race graphics, and competition hardware aimed at national enduro, GNCC-style woods, and serious club races. For 2027 the displacements and double-cradle molybdenum-steel frame carry over. Beta is stacking rider aids and durability parts instead of chasing headline horsepower.

What’s new on the four-stroke Race bikes

Across the MY27 4T Race range, coverage calls out five-level launch control that meters torque off the line; an upshift quickshifter that keeps drive between gears without closing the throttle; a higher-output voltage regulator for the growing electronics load; revised KYB 48 mm closed-cartridge fork and shock valving; a reinforced chain guide and stronger front sprocket guard; softer gray grips; a larger Trail Tech dash; and a redesigned headlight mask with a current-generation LED.

Carryover Race hardware includes the red anodized quick-release front axle, molded handguards, billet footpegs, ZF rear sprocket, gripper seat with document pocket, and Maxxis MaxxEnduro tires in 90/90-21 and 140/80-18 sizes.

Engine durability notes

Ultimate Motorcycling describes titanium intake and exhaust valves as standard across all four MY27 four-stroke Race models, plus a fully mechanical cam-chain tensioner carried over from Beta’s RX motocross / 450 RC competition bikes to reduce low-speed flameouts. Enduro21’s earlier report describes newly finished titanium intake valves on the 430 and 480 and the mechanical tensioner lift from the RX 450f. The titanium-valve detail differs by outlet - we will update if Beta publishes a single primary U.S. press sheet clarifying which displacements get titanium on both sides.

U.S. MSRP held flat for 2027 while adding the new electronics and valvetrain hardware: RR 350 Race $11,990; RR 390 Race $12,190; RR 430 Race $12,390; RR 480 Race $12,590. Shared published specs include a 42 mm throttle body with dual injectors, six-speed gearbox with quickshifter, wet diaphragm-style clutch, 11.8 inches front / 11.3 inches rear travel, 2.4-gallon tank, 58.1-inch wheelbase, 37.4-inch seat height, and a claimed 252 lb wet weight. Who should care

If you race woods enduros or shop a factory Race kit instead of bolting PowerParts onto a base bike, MY27 is about starts, mid-race upshifts, and keeping the battery and valvetrain happier over a long season - not a new geometry story. Dual-sport and street-legal enduro shoppers should treat RR Race as a competition enduro platform, not a plated dual-sport tourer.

Weekend trail and hard-enduro riders who never use a start gate still gain softer grips, stronger chain protection, LED lighting, and revised KYB valving - but launch control and the quickshifter matter most to racers.
