The Mid-Atlantic BDR (MABDR) runs from Damascus, Virginia, toward Lawrenceville in Tioga County, Pennsylvania — roughly 1,080–1,100 miles of forest roads and rural lanes through Appalachian mountains, farms, and historic corridors across VA, WV, MD, and PA.

Difficulty and bike fit
