Supercross tickets for 2027 are on sale to everyone now, and on October 13 the SMX League finally told us what each night actually is. That matters, because a Triple Crown, an East/West Showdown and a regular divisional round are three very different nights in the stands. If you're only going to one race this winter, this is the page to figure out which one.

The calendar itself came out on October 1 in the 2027 schedule release: 17 Supercross rounds in 16 cities, from Anaheim on January 9 to Salt Lake City on May 15. The general on-sale announcement filled in the formats, the 250 divisions and the themed nights, and Racer X carried the same release. Every date and venue below matches those two official posts.

The full 2027 Supercross schedule

Every round runs the 450 class. The 250 class splits into West and East divisions and only comes together for the three Showdowns.

  • Round 2 - Jan 16 - San Diego, Snapdragon Stadium - 450 + 250 West
  • Round 3 - Jan 23 - Anaheim, Calif., Angel Stadium - 450 + 250 West, Triple Crown
  • Round 4 - Jan 30 - San Antonio, Alamodome - 450 + 250 West - First Supercross at the Alamodome
  • Round 5 - Feb 6 - Tampa, Fla., Raymond James Stadium - 450 + 250 East - 250 East opener

Tickets for every round except Daytona are on the official Supercross Live tickets page. Daytona is sold by Daytona International Speedway, and the schedule release points fans there.

Triple Crowns: Anaheim 2, Arlington and Foxborough

If you want the most racing for one ticket, start here. A Triple Crown swaps the single main event for three shorter mains per class, scored Olympic-style, so a bad start in one race can be undone in the next, and the overall often isn't settled until the last lap of the night. You get three starts per class instead of one.

For 2027 they're spread out geographically, which helps. Round 3 at Angel Stadium on January 23 gives the West Coast a Triple Crown two weeks after the opener. Round 8 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington on February 27 covers Texas and the middle of the country. Round 12 at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough on April 3 is the one for New England and the Northeast. Anaheim and Arlington carry 250 West, and Foxborough carries 250 East.

East/West Showdowns: when the whole 250 field races

The 250 class is split in half for most of the year, so on a normal night you're seeing only one division. A Showdown puts both on the gate together, which usually means the deepest, most unpredictable 250 main of the season.

There are three for 2027. Round 6 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale on February 13 is the first, one week after the East division opens. Round 15 at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh on April 24 brings both divisions back together after the East wraps up its run. Round 17 at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City on May 15 is the season finale and the Dave Coombs Sr. East/West Showdown, so you get the last 450 main of the year and the 250 title fights on the same night.

Glendale is also the St. Jude Love Moto Stop Cancer race, with custom gear and graphics, some of which gets auctioned for St. Jude.

Openers worth the trip

Anaheim 1 on January 9 is the one everybody circles. It's the first look at all the new rider and team combinations, and this offseason has had plenty of them, from Cooper Webb joining Team Tedder Husqvarna to Justin Barcia's return to Suzuki and R.J. Hampshire's move to Troy Lee Designs Red Bull Ducati. The schedule release also lists Ken Roczen as reigning champion and Haiden Deegan as a 450 rookie.

If you're an East Coast fan, Round 5 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa on February 6 is your opener. It's the first night for the 250 East division, so every rider in that class is starting from zero.

Daytona is its own thing

Round 9 on March 6 at Daytona International Speedway is the only round on the schedule that isn't in a stadium. The track sits on the speedway infield and is built with a lot more sand and outdoor-style terrain than a typical stadium layout, so it rewards a different kind of rider. It runs 250 East. Remember to buy through the speedway, not the Supercross Live page.

Rounds where one 250 division sits out

Worth knowing if you're going for a particular 250 rider.

  • 250 West races Rounds 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 11 and 16, so West riders aren't racing at Tampa, Detroit, Daytona, Indianapolis, Foxborough, Baltimore or East Rutherford.
  • 250 East races Rounds 5, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13 and 14, so East riders aren't racing at either Anaheim round, San Diego, San Antonio, Arlington, Seattle or Denver.
  • Both divisions race Glendale, Pittsburgh and Salt Lake City.

Seattle on March 20 is a West round, even though it falls between East rounds on the calendar. It's also the Military Appreciation race, and Lumen Field is hosting it for the first time.

New venues and themed nights

Two stadiums are new to Supercross in 2027: the Alamodome in San Antonio on January 30 and M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore on April 10. Tampa, Foxborough, East Rutherford and Pittsburgh also return to the schedule.

The themed nights carry into Pro Motocross. St. Jude is at Glendale in Supercross and at the Ironman National in Crawfordsville, Indiana, on August 28, the first time it's part of a Pro Motocross round. Military Appreciation is Seattle in Supercross and the Washougal National in Washington on July 24.

FanFest, the outdoor paddock area with rider and team access, is planned for every Supercross round except Detroit, so plan around that if the pits matter to you.

KTM Junior Supercross

KTM Junior Supercross runs at 11 rounds in 2027: Anaheim 1, San Diego, Anaheim 2, San Antonio, Glendale, Arlington, Indianapolis, Baltimore, East Rutherford, Denver and Salt Lake City, where the Championship Race is held. Registration opens in November through KTMJRSX.com.

Our picks

For one night of maximum racing, pick the Triple Crown closest to you. For 250 fans, pick a Showdown, and Salt Lake City is the best single ticket of the year if you can get there. Go to Anaheim 1 for the atmosphere and the first look at the new teams, and make Daytona a road trip at least once. Check the round list above before you buy if you're going for one 250 rider, since half the class is missing at most rounds.
