Dunlop Geomax EN92: FIM/DOT Enduro Tire Replaces EN91, Adds Soft Compound

Dunlop announced the Geomax EN92 on August 19-20, 2026 as an FIM- and DOT-approved enduro competition tire replacing the EN91, including a new Soft compound for wet, rocky, and rooted conditions. Specs here are Dunlop's claims, and verified US MSRPs weren't available at publication.

Dunlop introduced the Geomax EN92 in mid-August 2026 U.S. press (announcements dated around August 19-20). The tire replaces the Geomax EN91 as Dunlop’s FIM- and DOT-approved enduro competition offering.

Beyond the standard compound, Dunlop added a Soft compound aimed at wet, rocky, and rooted technical terrain - the kind of conditions hard-enduro and trail-enduro riders actually see in the eastern woods and muddy nationals.

Positioning in manufacturer and trade coverage is enduro, hard enduro, and serious off-road. Front and rear sizes span the usual competition diameters, with Soft options called out in first-look coverage. Exact size matrix and U.S. street pricing vary by outlet, so check your dealer for current prices.

For dual-sport and street-legal enduro riders, the DOT approval is the headline: a competition-oriented enduro carcass that can sit on plated bikes where local law and tire load ratings allow. Always match size, speed/load markings, and your OEM wheel specs before ordering.
